41c0d5e1ad refactor: 更新构建输出名称和数据库配置 
将构建输出文件名称从miniChat改为MINI
更新数据库配置为本地开发环境，包括地址、用户名和密码
在消息列表响应中添加消息ID字段并调整时间格式
